Saving Pro Tools Sessions vs. I/O, Doc, etc...

So, after remedying my missing plugin situation yesterday, I just received a new LaCie drive. When I went to set my save location preference in PT11, it asked if I wanted to move my Documentation, Grooves, IO Settings, etc... to the drive.



Should I keep those on the HD that PT 11 is installed on? Or, should those also be on the disk that I plan to save/record to?
