Validating my avid account

I have just been sent my confirmation and download code for avid pro tools student version, i have to validate my billing and address. But however when i enter my postcode a message appears that reads "Zip code is not in a valid format for the country you selected". Has anyone else had any problems with this and if so how do i go about validating my account.



I have emailed avid customer support, i received an email with no help what so ever.
