For which I was told I came off as a little harsh.
My comment basically stated that since I joined I've not seen so much help so much as attitude from all those that have come before and somehow feel superior. My statement stands. If you want new people who join up to think this is a "helpful" place, then it's up to those of your who feel hurt by the comment that i said to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
I refuse to put on rose-tinted glasses to visit this forum which is supposed to be a user support and information forum. I really don't care that people don't want to help, that is their prerogative, as it is mine to say people here don't want to help. I've seen people called idiots, and people get berated for not understanding business when they express concern for their own licenses and wallet.
If this forum used to be helpful, it's now filled by toxic angry individuals whom somehow feel entitled to instead of being supportive, would rather show how intellectually superior they are than you. Call your friends and supporters idiots, berate you because you don't "understand business" and should be grateful that you even have the product, who cares if it works. If you want new people, like me, to think this forum is actually a support forum, rather than a user demoraliser, then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Get rid of these people. I don't need private messages to tell me I'm being harsh. This is a public forum, feel free to tell me in the open.
