Plug In / groove Presets Missing

Hi, PT 11.3 HDX system has decided to not let me access any of my previous user plug in presets or any of the groove templates.

They are now located in a folder within documents, i've tried removing, restarting pro tools and seeing if will create new folder. Have tried telling PT location of root folder (preferences) and no joy, anybody have any ideas?
