I see the end of bug fixes for PT 11 is Dec. 31, 2015. Will Avid be able to solve these bugs before the deadline? What happens if bugs still remain after the deadline?
Some problems are:
Sticky performance
AAE errors
Video Engine errors
Heal bug
9173 erors
CPU spikes
Delay comp bugs
Offline bounce crash
CU crash when bouncing
1308 error
AAE 35 error
Of course there are more. Best wishes to the brave software engineers who will have all this fixed by the end of the year.
I may not understand what happens at the end of the year. Will PT 11 users that don't pay for their upgrade not get any more bug fixes no matter how severe even if bug fixes are continuing for users in subscription or new licenses?
