Pt 11: 3 serious issues, help!

I'm having a couple issues since upgrading from express to pt 11.



1.) i cannot access all projects composed on express via pt 11.

I'm receiving this message: "the current playback engine

does not support a sample rate of 48khz....



2.) the ilok took my projects completed on the express. I cannot

open all recordings from the express on the 11.



3.) i also find that when i go to re-open a project, that the

the tempo has increased by at least 5 notches. It reads the

same, but songs are moving fast, and are in different key.



Can anyone tell me how i might solve these issues?
