System crashes with the signature AvidFastTrackDUo.sys

I've been trying many of the suggestions in this forum.

when using a Fast Track Duo, consistently I am getting one of the following errors with a blue crash screen:



IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (AvidFastTrackDuo.sys),

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (AvidFastTrackDuo.sys),

or APC_INDEX_MISMATCH



I am using an HP ENVY Laptop

Windows 8.1

Intel COre i7 4700MQ

16 GB Ram

64 bits operating system



Fast track Duo driver is 1.0.4



Am I the only one? Any suggestions?
