Bounce To Disk.....Failure

So, went to record on my main computer.......Power Supply failed. Hooked up my backup computer and did the recording session and saved it. Got my main computer back up and running and did a "Save a Copy" function of the recorded session to a Thumb Drive and loaded it onto the main computer. Everything seemed to be working like it should until I tried to Bounce down the session to disk to send to the person I did the recording for. Keep getting a "File Path" error. I tried everything and can not get it to bounce (including going back to my backup computer and tried to bounce it). Does the "path" change when copied? I don't know what to do to correct it.
