10/11 + CPTK to 10/11/12 HD Upgrade Issue

Hi All -



Currently have 10 + CPTK / 11 (vanilla) licenses in my iLok. Originally purchased as an EDU purchase way back when.



Bought the 10 + CPTK to HD upgrade / support plan to get on 10/11/12 HD. Trying to activate in my account and getting an ilok error message saying I don't even have a license to upgrade… Assuming this is because it's looking for a single license instead of a bundle? Any help would be greatly appreciated. No ASC as I can't even activate using the code I have. ilok same as username. Many thanks for anyone who has any suggestions.
