Pro tools lengthening audio track

I sent an audio stereo mix to a friend today for him to do some work on. I bounced as a 48k/24 bit wav and then converted to an mp3 to email. The audio file is 11.11 minutes long and shows this in iTunes. When my friend imported the track into protools 9 it is showing as 11.13min long on the timeline, even though it is only 11.11min in iTunes. Its completely out of sync with click track. Even if its manually put into time it will still drift from the click at different points.



Any suggestions?
