11R order of inputs in daw other than PT

Since I got it I've been using the 11 Rack as my audio interface in PT10 and then PT11. All the I/O was labeled logically. Lately I've been using it more and more with Digital Performer 8.07 (moving on from PT11 but that's another story and not pertinent here) and the labeling of the inputs as seen in DP has me a little confused. What is the order of inputs when seen in daws other than PT? For instance the line inputs in DP are labeled as inputs 7 and 8. In PT I never had to worry about that.
