11reditor issus

Hoping to find an answer or cure for an issue I have with my 11r. I purchased a few months ago w/expansion pack, no Pro Tools. Worked great. Now I cannot adjust any of the effects(knobs won't turn with mouse), select amps or cabs. I can turn amps/effects on or off, but that's it. I tried reloading editor and drivers to no avail.Also, has a cure been found for the disappearing editor on start up where it won't appear on the screen and you have go through a song and dance and throw chicken bones to make it appear. That is crazy....
