It just occurred to me, with all the talk about new features added in those current with their upgrade plan, there's been no discussion about if they will continue to have separate features for HD users.
I expect the ones like track freeze, Cloud stuff, etc., will be for everyone. But what got me thinking was their announcement about a partnership will Dolby to integrate capabilities for Atmos directly into Protools. Of course that still falls under surround mixing, so it will most likely be for HD users only. But that got me thinking about if they will continue to have certain new, added features exclusive to HD users to help people feel like they're getting something for paying the higher $599/year price.
