Cannot load pro tools 7

I have been going nuts trying to load pro tools 7 disc I am getting a message that reads YOUR COMPUTER IS BEING CONFIGURED TO ALLOW PRO TOOLS OPERATION UNDER NON-ADMINISTRATIVE USER ACCOUNTS I am using win xp pro sp3 It worked fine with my prior computer I also am using the delta 192 Help
