Please help the newbie

I've been trying for about 2 day to get my pt express loaded. I just installed a clean version of win 7 and when I go to avid.com my downloads I see that at pt express is licensed to me but there is no way to download the software. Please help me find out where I can download the program. For now, I can sign into avid.com but no way download the program. I do have the ilok key ready to go whenever I can get the download on my computer.
