Dropping In Problem

I'm sure I didn't have this problem with PT10. Having installed PT 11..latest update..when I select pre and post roll to re record part of a track..I'm not hearing any audio al all until about 2 seconds before the pre roll drops in..is there something in options or set up that PT has defaulted to?



Any help would be gratefully received..
