I/O and Software compatibility ?

Hi everybody,

I have two systems, the first one is Pro Tools HD 2 Accel system with an Analog Digidesign 192 I/O and Pro Tools HD 8 software. (works on OSX 10.6)

And the second system is Mbox 3 Pro and standard Pro Tools 11 software (works on OSX 10.10)

question 1: Is there a way to use my 192 I/O with the standard Pro Tools 11 as just I/O without the HD cards ?

question 2: Considering my interfaces both 192 and Mbox, is there a sonic quality difference between the bounced audio files ? In other words, which element define the quality of the bounced audio file? Is it I/O or CPU (DSP card in HD) ?

I know these are such a silly questions but I'd appreciate if you can help me.
