Pro Tools stopped working won't launch

I closed Pro Tools. Computer wasn't rebooted.



Came back an hour later tried to launch Pro Tools it won't launch. 11.3.1



Just bounces once and nothing. Other programs launch fine.



I tried reinstalling still nothing.



Mac 10.9.5

Mac Mini 2.6 i7

16 GB RAM
