Running an MCU/HUI controller in conjunction with EuCon? Possible?

I use an SSL Nucleus. It has many benefits and few shortcomings... The shortcomings can easily be remedied, IMO, by an addition of a Artist Control, for Plug easy tweaks, quick Macro firing and THE jewel: "Fader locks" to the 4 faders on the Control unit.





Can anyone tell, from experience if the can actually live together at all, and if yes, what the quality of life is? like bad marriage or honeymoon...;)
