Protools 12 rock solid

Does it really matter, actually should that be a major touting point for avid that ProTools 12 is rocksolid? It's pretty disturbing, that they're celebrating that fact don't you think. Even though it may be, what does that really mean?

I've been using ProTools HD 10 for a very long time now, it's been rock solid for me. I can't remember the last time I've had a crash on my system. We're talking years at this point, without a single crash.

Doesn't that speak more to ProTools HD 11, the fact that there were so many issues with it, the fact that Avid has quite frankly been pushing out things that have not been ready for prime time!

There has many horror stories with HD 11, as there have been many success stories with HD 11. Quite frankly I'm stuck at just a particular point in HD 10, where I can't even afford to upgrade to the (second most recent version of HD10 ) due to the input monitoring issue. And here we are, on HD12! And they're celebrating, their success with a supposedly stable operating system in HD 12.

Let's just say for the sake of just asking, that PTHD 12 is rocksolid, what does that say about the historical commitment to having a rocksolid system? Do we not think this is going to repeat in the future?
