Just Upgraded and now this error message appears

Hi please can anyone help

I have been using protools V10.3.7 but due to it crashing today I decided to upgrade to version 10.3.10
but now when I launch protools a error message appears as attached and I am totally stuck as to what to do. i have read much advice on different forums but these go beyond my understanding and i do not want to make things worse

can anyone please help
