Another -6085 error

Howdy folks,

Laptop i7, 8GB RAM, Windows 7 Pro tools 10.3.8, MBOX 2

Just recently started getting this message ...

device buffer underflowed...try decreasing theH/W buffer size in playback engine...remove other devices from the audio firewire bus. (-6058)yada yada

Last time it was doing this i just had to swap the usb port around but this time I have no idea whats causing it. Nothing has changed as far as my end is concerned.

My laptop doesn't even have a firewire capability.

These are relatively small sessions a couple of vst's and under 10 plug ins.
My old macbook from 2008 would run these no problem.

Any ideas?
