After using the MC control & Transport for a while only experiencing the common problems (EuCon Crashes, constant need for rebooting etc) a major issue has came upon me.
While the surfaces connect to the Mac just fine (listed under "My Surfaces" etc) they cannot connect to any application anymore.
Previously a good way to see if a restart was successful was to see general apps like Finder or Safari appearing on the touchscreen with respective shortcut keys displayed. Then I could just start up Logic and the surface would lock to that and I was good to go.
Now it locks to nothing. Tried rebooting, reinstalling EuCon, pulling the power to the units etc. But to me this looks like some kind of software issue as the hardware is connected and responding fine in the EuCon Preferences. "Layouts" are all grayed out and blank, "Workstations" are blank and if I try checking the checkboxes under "Lock to application" they get unchecked right away.
The thing has turned into a vegetable...
