Could anyone tell me how to download the Drivers or Software for an used Transport?

I have bought one avid S3 from one dealer,but I think maybe I need one MC Transport,but I know there is no fader in Transport,I think it is no necessary to get one brand new Artist Transport,I want to get one used Euphonix MC Transport instead of.I found I must have one registered production account to download the drivers and manager software,but if I bought one used and registered machine,is therer any way to transfer the ownership or registered information to my account?

P.S. I try to send one query on Avid activation and registration support webpage(http://ift.tt/1K6EqCW),but fill I must choose your product,but I did not see that fields in the form!So puzzle!
