Procedure...
#1. Money to my Paypal Account. $920usd.
(If you upgrade to HD12 is $599usd. from retailers or store.avid.com. You save $$$ than purchasing HD10 or HD11.)
Focusrite plugins are TDM & RTAS, will not work with HD11 or HD12.
You could sell the plugins, and save $$$.
But...
If you do not want the Focusrite plugins, just ProToolsHD9&8 bundle is $720usd.
#2. I give you, my ilok account login & password, with license inside.
You can change the email, the password, everything, except login name.
"That's to avoid confusion with repeated names, like the address of your home, there is only 1 in the world, and you can't change it."
(At this moment you own the account with the license in it.)
"Transfer of Ownership with AVID cannot be done because it requires HD Hardware, this bundle was split from Hardware when new, like many others." Works the same. I'm second owner.
#3. You must buy a brand new ilok v2 or v1, and register the ilok USB to the ilok account with the ilok manager. Download ILM only from:
www.ilok.com
put the licenses inside the USB, logout and you are ready to enjoy using ProToolsHD.
(At this moment you own the license physically, no risk of getting stolen by a hacker, even if your PC is full with Malware, because it's physically in your hand.)
The only risk is: getting broken by you or damaged with H2O. Not my problem.
#4. If you have troubles with your ilok USB, you must contact ilok support.
But because it's a brand new ilok, the probability of a failure is low. That's why I'm not giving you my used ilok. The license inside the account means is working flawless. No excuse. No Returns.
Otherwise if damaged will not move from my USB to the iLok account.
*If you decide to use an used ilok v2, it must be free & empty from other ilok account.
ProToolsHD9.0.6 bounce sounds better than HD10.3.10 or HD11.
Just Download the trial of HD11&HD10 & bounce the same session.
HD9 sounds a bit more upfront & transparent, but you need a transparent DA/Loudspeakers to hear that difference.

Needs Windows7 SP1 or OSX Snow 10.6, maybe works with Leopard, confirm with AVID website.
