help with my digi interface 96 I/O

hi good evening¡¡¡¡¡,i,m from spain I have a serious problem with the 96 i/o interface I have 14 days trying to make them work,
the digitest are ok, but no program recognizes the interface.
first of all,the led ring around the power button lights green Always,even when the interface is not connected to a core card(no digilink cable connected too,of course),the loop master led doesn,t light.
i tried to work with
-OSX -snow leopard 10.6.8,lion 10.7.2 and mountain lion too
-Windows 7.
Programs
-Protools- 8hd, 9.0.2hd, 10.3.9, 10.3.10
-logic pro 9(recognize the core, but when you try to reproduce an audio file ,doesn.t synchronize with the external drive,and fails)

with digilink cables olds and news......
And nothing....
Core card and process card are ok......(the mac works(hd3 pcix cards) ok with a focusrite saphire,and aurora lynx 8 channel.

the 96 interface runs digitest ok,but it,s always the same message
-"unable to find an audio interface attached to the first hd card"
what can i do more??????
i purchased the unit from a good reputation seller on ebay in california.
he told me that is all ok when he send the unit,
but i have 14 days trying to work with the 96,and it,s impossible
