Maybe I've missed something, but I don't have a download link for PT 12 in my account. Originally received an e-mail from Avid to upgrade to PT 12 after upgrading a PTMP license. I followed the instructions, downloaded most of the stuff available for PT 12 (the last of the items failed in the middle of the download), then installed PT 12.
So now I want to re-download PT 12 but there is no link in my account to do so. Every other product I own is there, but no PT 12. This is not a subscription but a permanent license.
What have I missed? Can I just install the original version of Avid Product manager and it will see that my PT 12 product is not on the computer then let me download.
Been with Avid a long time and thought I understood their procedures - guess not.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
