So this is my first DAW program I've ever owned: P.T 12
Computer: Sweetwater Creation Station with windows 8
and using Digidesign Eleven Rack as interface.
The guys from my band came over and we recorded a song where we sang 3 part harmonies on the chorus.
I'm looking at 3 seperate harmony vocal tracks on a chorus. The 3rd chorus of the song is spot on and the other chorus' not so much. I muted all other tracks in order to focus just on the vocal harmonies from that best chorus.(Tracks 6, 7 & 8 in this case were used) I want to mixdown just the vocals from that best chorus and copy it to another track in the timeline.
My goal is to then take that best chorus vocal mixdown and copy into the other chorus' timeline locations.
The P.T. help referes to BOUNCE DOWN as an application such as converting mono to sterio. I'm confused because I'm old school and think of bounce down as what what I know as Ping Ponging.
I would appreciate any tips to help.
Thanks.
