Eleven Rack no input

This morning i was able to use my eleven rack perfectly. I then installed the standalone plug in to use it in protools to do some re-amping, followed all the guidelines and did it correctly.

However no my hardware unit does has no input. I have hardware reset it, made sure the input is guitar and not re-amp but i get nothing. I plug my guitar in and there is no signal going in. Nothing in the on board tuner, no sounds, nothing. I have reset it twice now, updated firmware etc...

Help please it's driving me crazy!
