Pro Tools 12 HD quantize to grid keyboard shortcut Bug?

Has anyone else noticed a bug with the Quantize to grid (Alt+0) keyboard shortcut in pro tools 12 and 12.1? The command from the 'Clip' menu works just fine but the keyobard shortcut doesn't. When I execute the keyboard shortcut the 'clip' menu is highlighted as if pro tools is recognising the command but the action of Quantizing to grid doesn't happen.

Anyone else have this?
