1. New session, slip mode
2. New audio track
3. Record some audio (I recorded 4 claps, something with clear transients)
4. Turn on elastic audio (I used polyphonic)
5. View "analysis" markers
6. Hover over event marker with smart tool until the cursor changes to the two arrows, then try moving one of them.You won't be able to. You will be able to select an area and delete, and create a new marker, but you won't be able to move them.
Now try doing the same in PT11, and you will find they move as expected.
