Elastic audio - good times

Hey everyone,

I've seen this discussed before on older threads, but never found an answer.

I'm using elastic audio to fix the timing of a few parts, but when I go to commit, it undoes everything I changed. It doesn't matter which algorithm I'm using. I even try consolidating, and not committing, and still nothing. I've run into this occasionally, but it was never this persistent. Any ideas? I do this on a separate playlist with only the small section I'm working + a few bars extra and consolidated.

Using Pro Tools 11.3.2 HD Native with mavericks 10.9.5.

Any thoughts or help would be awesome.
