This program is too expensive to be the useless piece of crap that it has existed to be for me the entire 5 years I've had it. Not once have I ever been able to get it going in the capacity that it has been advertised to function. Irregardless to what forum or video I've been directed to read or watch nothing ever cures a problem. The only option I'm ever given is to pay more money for your staff to do it. And only to find out that it still isn't correct. Nothing in life has ever been this frustrating, one would believe that the company would accept the responsibility of seeing to it that a good valued customer is satisfied with their product. But never, not even once can I get and receive true assistance. And that is merely to install correctly and have the thing ready to create and mix music.
I could not be any more displeased than I am at this moment. Five (5) years and nothing but a third of the system has ever worked. I am losing all confidence in this company and that saddens me, because I was once the biggest supporter, now I feel like the utter fool.
