What this means?
I have this in our company avid account Products Not Yet Downloaded
-> Pro Tools HD Make Whole V2 ?
I know that we request two upgrades of Pro tools HD to HD 12.
But this is not allowing me to upgrade my two Pro tools HD 10 licenses, instead only let me upgrade Pro tools HD 11 and Pro tools 10/11/12 (non upgrade plan).
The price is the same then I should be able to upgrade any of my HD license.
Need some help thanks :)
