Today I ordered PT12 Annual Upgrade Plan. Right after I payed required amount of 214 EUR the site crashed for unknown reason (might be internet problem?). I opened the site again and PT12 order was still sitting in my cart. Nevertheless, the money was taken off my account to Avid. Though I didn't receive any confirmation emails about completed order. And PT12 didn't appeared in "my products and subscriptions".
Of course, I saved screenshot with my bank account and 214EUR amount reserved for Avid.
Wrote to the support, waiting for the reply. I trust guys at Avid will help me with this.
