I'm not clear on how this process will work. I have 2 different PT licenses on 2 different iloks, both registered to the same account.
One license is for PT 9. I registered with Avid, which is how I got the license on my ilok, but for whatever reason Avid never put updates in my Avid account. Shortly after I moved on to PT 10.
My other license is for my PT 9/10/11 bundle which I got when I purchased an Eleven Rack unit.
I want to do the upgrade and surrender my PT 9 license for the 10/11/12 bundle, while keeping my 9/10/11 bundle.
How will Avid and Ilok figure out/decide which license to surrender and replace.
And will I have a problem with the PT 9 license, since it doesn't show up in my Avid account (even though it shows in my Ilok account.) Do I need to try (again) sorting that out with Avid first?
