bit the bullet on a PT HD12 upgrade

Did the upgrade.
All seemed to be going well.
When I went to download the product, I got a message saying:
"There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account. Please try another iLok account."

Any ideas?
I did everything methodically and got a confirmation.
