My reseller tried to help me and he activate my new Crossgrade LE (+ new iLok) with the hardware serial that he found on his data base but my Digi 003 Rack has a different serial number at the back! The product was successfully activated with the wrong S/N but I am afraid to go on with format and installation of my new ProTools.
Can you please help me?
It is possible to replace the S/N with the right one?
Maybe Avid creates a different S/N after the activation? (I know stupid question but...)
