Can a moderator/Tech Support please start a case for me?

I either don't have a System ID or can't find it and am struggling to do ANYTHING. My PT12 HD perpetual license doesn't appear in my Avid account, I don't have the stomp box plug-ins available in the application manager (amongst other problems).
Help!
