Pro Tools | First 12.2.1 - Connection problem

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with Pro Tools | First version 12.2.1

The problem is : I have downloaded Pro Tools few days ago, but I can't launch it. Everything worked fine during the installation, the iLok, etc.. until this white window appears... :(

:confused: Why ? What can I do to resolve this ?

Because I can't log in, and can't use it...
