I probably should have asked for help long ago. O bought my Eleven Rack over a year ago and at first I thought it was good, but quirky. I didn't use it for awhile and recently tried to figure it out. What I am getting is terrible sounds, hissing, distortion on most presets. Most of them have an exaggerated delay where I strike the strings and a half a second later I get a very loud note or distortion. I have tried plugging it straight through my amp and running it through the amp's effects loop. The effects loop didn't work at all. I have swapped cables around to make sure it isn't a bad cable. I have tried adjusting settings. I do not yet have it plugged into my PC. I think it is a bad unit. Can anyone help me trouble shoot this thing?
