Mbox 3 Pro crashes PC

So I've been playing setting up my mbox, adjusting my configuration until I get things right. Upon restarting my pc I notice if I launch the mbox control panel too soon it crashes my pc (oops windows has detect a problem and needs to collect more information. .. will restart in 10 seconds etc..). If I wait perhaps 2 or 3 minutes before launching control panel things seem to work fine. I have been seeing a lot of weird things happen with this driver. I recently had to Uninstall and reinstall to get something working in the control panel

Anyone else seen anything similar to this?
