I'm a Pro Tools 11 user in the UK and I've had an upgrade offer sent to me via email, which I can't seem to claim. The offer runs out on the 31st December so I'm keen to get it sorted.
The email states I can claim the offer through the Avid store or local reseller but whenever I click on the link, the upgrade prices are vastly different to that in the email. Has anyone else had a problem claiming the upgrade at a reduced rate?
