Wav Files over 4 GB

I have a session that is 2 1/2 hours of stereo audio at 192K 24 bit. When I completed all of my editing, I consolidated the tracks. This created two audio wav files of over 5 Gig each. Although Pro Tools can use these, other programs, such as BarbaBatch and Weiss Saracon cannot. So my question is:

1) Is there a way to export out of Pro Tools into the CAF format or into some other format that can handle audio files of over the 4 gig limit for wav or AIFF? Possibly a plug in for format conversion?

2) If not, is there a good convertor to translate the wav files into CAF files?
