ProTools Control works in PT10.3.10 but NOT in PT 12.3.1

Hello all
Installed Eucontrol 3.3.2 on OSX 10.8.5

Know that it is only supported from OSX 10.9.5
I cant download previous versions to test

But I wonder why this app works nearly perfect in Protools 10.
All tracks Faders and softkeys work!!!

In PT12.3.1 i only get a black screen.
The softkeys say "Welcome to arist series" and thats all.
NOTHING works.No faders or softkeys.....
