Student license upgrade

Hello!

I'm having a hard time figuring out how the upgrade from PT 11 (student license) - PT 12 works, although I've been doing quite a lot of reading in the forums. Hopefully someone can help me figure this out.

I purchased a PT 11 student license 2014-02-07 and thought I would receive 4 years of free upgrades. Will I receive a free upgrade for PT 12?

If yes: Will I keep the license for PT 10 & 11? How long does the license last? Will I have to enter some sort of annual payment plan?

If no: How much do I have to pay for the upgrade? Will I keep my PT 10 & 11 license? Will I have to enter some sort of annual payment plan?

Lastly: How do I upgrade?

I can't find any information on this on my avid account. I thought I would find the info in the "my products section" but like I said I can't seem to figure this thing out...
