Hi,
I bought Pro Tools for Teachers 11.0 on 2015/01/02 and I got my upgrade to 12.0 for free. However, it appears on my ilok account as a "Pro Tools Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 (NT) (4). Pro Tools 10/11/12/2016 . It doesn't appear as a Teacher/Student license, I dont know why.
It tells me that my Standard Support ends on Jan 08, 2016.
I dont know why my license has changed. Will I get more years of free upgrades? Should I upgrade it as it is or ask for a change?
If I try to upgrade as a educational license it tells me:
Your chosen iLok account does not have enough qualifying product licenses for upgrade. Please review the following errors and fix them or change your iLok User ID to a different one that contains valid qualifiers for the upgrade.
Missing 1 qualifying license(s) for upgrade to Upgrade and Support Plan for Pro Tools | Student/Teacher (12 Months) (9511-65889-00)
