Updating 'My artist series' email and contact details?

Anyone know how to update/change my registration details for my Artist devices in my "My Artist Series" account? Clicking the link for the 'My Artist Series" homepage just goes to a page that no longer exists, then it gives you options to choose Artist or Large format console, which just take you to sales info. All my old details are listed in the registration in my account, but there seems to be no way to change them since it started being housed by Avid.
Any clues?
