I bought Pro Tools 11 at the beginning of this year and I was under the assumption that I could upgrade to 12 so I downloaded version 12 and installed on my computer. My iLok is now telling me that I don't have a licence for version 12. How can I access a licence or am I not entitled to upgrade to 12?
