Building a desk top pc to run Protools

I want to build a desktop pc to run Protools. I want to be able to record bands, run multiple plugins on each channels, use a bunch of vst's and not have any type of issues. I would like the capabilities of running 100 or more tracks with plugins on each channel along with multiple vsts. Where would I start in building this pc. I need some help.
